Baby is Here!

Welcome to the world, James Clayton Scott! He was born at 6:49 pm on Monday, July 30 2007. He weighed 7lbs. 9oz. and was 20 inches long. We will call him Clayton.

Everyone got stickers, a coloring book and a cheap plastic hat. We had a blast! The highlight was that the station got a call right at the end and made a grand exit with sirens blaring. It was a little inconvenient for one of the moms since she had stashed her baby's car seat inside the building and everything was locked up quick before she remembered about it. I don't think she had to wait very long though.

Fun pictures

Easter egg hunt in the living room. We dyed eggs that morning and then let the kids hunt for them after they dried. Let's just say we had a lot of hard boiled egg "snacks".

Kids at the park. A little bit of "catch" means a whole lot of running after the ball. It's a great way to wear them out!

Tucker's new roller blades and Joshua's new helmet (Tucker's wearing Joshua's old one). Right now it's just fun scooting around on the carpet. This moment outside didn't last very long since Tucker's slip 'n' slide action and meetings with the pavement require way more supervision than mom thought she signed up for.

Spring Fun

The boys are "helping" me refill my flour cannister. I guess I got a little distracted and things got, er, out of hand. I think Tucker was using his face more than his hands!

The boys at the farm in Louisiana. They loved Turkey Creek, especially throwing rocks into the water. Wow! Was it HOT for March!

Tucker is THREE!!! You can't see in this picture but the pizza says TUCKER in bell pepper. I don't think he cared but it sure was nice of the Papa Murphy's people to do that for me. Granite and Dave came and also Shandra, Sean and Ian. It's always fun to have a family gathering!
